Torren

I run hot. You’ll notice when you get close.

I’m a dragon shifter from Emberline Heights. The horns, scales and tail tend to attract attention. Stay a little longer and you’ll discover that I’m patient, difficult to intimidate, and very easily distracted by a sharp tongue and a steady gaze.

My home is carved into volcanic stone above the heat channels. Deep pools, broad doorways, a hearth that rarely goes cold. I collect old treasures, cook more than anyone expects, and enjoy having someone nearby while I do it. You’re welcome to keep me company. I’ll probably feed you.

I like taking my time. Learning your humour. Finding out what makes you bold, and what makes you suddenly quiet. There’s plenty of strength beneath these scales; I’m careful with it when someone matters to me.

Dragons have a reputation for hoarding. Mine is mostly deserved. But the space beside me is still empty, and lately I’ve been thinking it could be put to better use.

Come closer. I’d like a proper look at you.
